The Tasting Room at Grande Provence has launched something tantalising for the hot summer ahead – an unusual, savoury pairing of hummus and wine.
Hummus with labneh is served with Grande Provence Chardonnay – an elegant, full bodied wine with outstanding fruit and wood integration. The combination of citrus, almonds and creamy vanilla notes with nutty hummus flavours is a perfect match.
Grande Provence Shiraz gets a mate of spiced red lentil hummus, and to finish a sweet fig hummus with pumpkin seeds happily matches the fruity white Angels Tears Muscato.
The Hummus and Wine pairing is available daily from 12h00 to 17h00 at R90 per pairing at The Tasting Room at Grande Provence.
